What Is The Introclass?
It’s a stimulating, day-long event which introduces participants to the topic of leadership through a series of fun, interactive modules. Attendees will not onlylearn about themselves but also gain greater insight and inspiration from others who also have an interest in leadership.

The event is specially designed for people with a disability but can be tailored for other diversity streams.

What Does The Day Focus On?
• the difference between authority and leadership
• how something you are good at may be holding you back
• how people function in groups and teams
• reflecting on leaders and leadership styles
• next steps in leadership development

Who Should Attend?
Anyone who is interested in leadership and developing
their leadership skills.  Note: It is not necessary to be in any official or formal position to participate in the Introclass
