Ric joined Leadership Plus on 4th May 2009 and has a Commerce Degree and a MBA. Ric comes to this role with a background of general management and consulting in the business sector and experience over the last ten years, in the not-for-profit sector. He was Regional Director of a NSW disability organisation called House With No Steps, which successfully combined supported employment business services with extensive community services, including the operation of over thirty group homes, community outreach, independent living and leisure programs.
Ric was also CEO of CREATE Foundation which provided programs to connect and empower more than 28,000 children and young people in Government care around Australia".

Anita has worked for Action for Community Living Inc. (auspice group for Leadership Plus) for the past 5 years as Office Manager and joined the Leadership team on a full-time basis in January 2009. She has extensive administration skills previously learnt from working in an assortment of Industries including Law, Manufacturing and Export, Accounting, Design and personnel. Anita has a passion for fitness and became a personal trainer in 2008 which she pursues in her spare time. Until recently Anita was heavily involved with hockey, serving as a board member, the Women’s Representative and a coach at Yarra Valley Hockey Club. She also got selected to play for the Victoria in 2006.

George has experience as a leader and educator in diverse contexts ranging from secondary schools, corporate and the non for profit sector. He has established leadership courses for young people with a disability and from a CALD background. George is deeply committed to Diversity and social cohesion in the community and has developed and implemented policies in the area of CALD as well as Diversity. George serves on the Board of the Centre for Multicultural Youth Issues and is a member of the Diversity Working Group at Moonee Valley City Council. George has trained many volunteers for the Australian Red Cross as well as being a volunteer himself during the Tsunami and various bushfires and floods.

Simon has an extensive background as a founder / initiator of social change projects in areas including disability arts, youth housing, social justice theatre, workplace culture reform and prisoner support (Pentridge - maximum security division). He has occupied several Creative Director positions, in both professional and pro bono capacities. After hours he facilitates a performing arts program for people with a disability with the City of Knox, assists in co-ordinating a visiting artists program for West Ward (acute psychiatric facility) at Maroondah Hospital, is a fully qualified secondary teacher, is married with 3 children, plays jazz guitar and is a keen cyclist.

Suzanne is a consultant and facilitator with over twenty years expertise in leadership development strategic HR, business improvement and change management including fifteen years in Telstra Corporation.
Whilst working at Telstra Suzanne held several key senior positions in Leadership and Talent Management development, HR and business development. These roles included Program Manager Emerging Leaders Program, Manager Productivity Deployment Office, Group Manager People Processes, Senior HR Advisor, Manager Workforce Planning and Principal Instructional Designer.
Suzanne’s formal qualifications include Bachelor of Education (Monash), Graduate Diploma Business - Human Resource Development (Deakin) and a range of post graduate certificates in workplace training. Suzanne has completed a Master Trainer program and obtained Hygiene and Safety Certificates for Food Handlers and for Supervisors (Hospitality). Suzanne holds MAHRI level membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) of which she has been a member since 1998.
Despite her busy lifestyle, Suzanne still finds time to support some of her favourite charities and community initiatives, including contributing her time to the Children’s Hospital – Congenital Heart Disease Auxiliary and facilitating at the recent City of Port Phillip Vision-Setting Community Forum.
Suzanne’s incisive mind, her vision and her design and implementation of effective, sustainable leadership, people development and change management strategies ensure the highest level of organisation development.

Marc joined Leadership Plus in August 2009. He was previously employed by Leadership Plus’ sister organisation, Inclusive Leisure Victoria.
He joins the Project with a Degree of Psychology, an MBA, and is a past participant of one of the many Leadership programs Leadership Plus offers.
He is a keen fitness fanatic, holds 4 coaching qualifications and is an accredited fitness instructor. He has a keen interest in social change.

Maria Eliadis joined the Leadership Plus team in December 2007 as the Manager, Evaluation and Analysis. Maria specialises in working with organisations on program development, management, and evaluation. Maria has recently completed evaluation and review work for Good Shepherd Youth and Family Services and the NAB as well as DeakinPrime, the corporate training arm of Deakin University. Maria has several years experience in the Government and not for profit sectors in social research, policy and program development. More recently she has applied her skills to education, learning and development and professional development departments in the finance, accounting and general business sectors. Maria has a Bachelors degree in Politics and Sociology with Honours in Sociology and is currently undertaking a Masters in Social Policy at Melbourne University.
